Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the cancellation of course registrations and service subscriptions offered by Indo Korean Express.

1. Cancellation by the Student:

  • Timeframe for Cancellation:
    • Students may request cancellation of their registration and a refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date of the className or service.
  • Refund Deductions:
    • In the event of a cancellation within the specified timeframe, a minimal payment processing fee (typically between Rs. 1000-2000) will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the costs incurred by our payment gateway partners.
  • Cancellation After className Commencement:
    • Once classes or services have commenced, students are generally not eligible for refunds.
    • However, in exceptional circumstances, Indo Korean Express may consider refund requests if:
      • The request is made before the completion of more than 2 classes.
      • The request is made within 7 days of the className start date, whichever comes first.
      • A compelling and verifiable reason for cancellation is provided.
    • The final decision on refunds and the amount to be refunded rests solely with the Indo Korean Express team.
  • Batch Change Requests:
    • Students may request a batch change due to personal reasons, provided the request is made before 4 classes of the original batch have been completed.
    • Batch change requests are subject to approval by Indo Korean Express and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
    • Batch change requests will not be accommodated after 4 classes have been completed.
    • Students must provide timely notification of absences due to health or personal reasons.
    • Indo Korean Express reserves the right to deny batch change or refund requests from students with poor attendance records.

2. Cancellation by Indo Korean Express:

  • Indo Korean Express reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes or services due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment.
  • In the event of a cancellation by Indo Korean Express, students will be offered the following options:
    • A full refund of the paid fees.
    • Enrollment in a rescheduled className or an alternative service.

3. Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 72 hours.
  • The actual time for the refund to appear in the students account may vary, typically taking 3-5 business days.
